Cash gratuities are however welcome, and can be given directly to the practitioner or
added to your total when securing your booking.
We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments for your session,
can’t be honored, but please note that it is your responsibility to cancel appointments
24 hours in advance in order to avoid being charged if you cannot make the
appointment. All late cancellations will be charged 100% of the session value that
was booked.
Punctuality ensures a full and unrushed wellness experience, please always try to be
ready for your practitoner’s arrival 15 min before your session time to ensure a
pleasant and relaxing session.
All communications to us are always best via WhatsApp, as we are often in sessions
and can reply in-between bookings.
